Stress is a part of day to day living. Stress can be looked at simply as the result of the imbalance between the demands being made on you (or by you) and the resources you have to cope with those demands. I can help you to identify your stress triggers and change how you react to them, using a variety of techniques, including Life Coaching, EFT, and some NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) – NLP is the practice of understanding how people organise their thinking, feeling, language and behaviour to produce the results they do
I will offer as a choice to you a 20 Minutes Relaxation session which can be included in the hours session or as an added extra - should this be added as an extra a further £5.00 will need to be added to the total cost
