About Me
Who am I?
My name is Carrie Winfield, I live in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire. I am a mother, Step mother and fiance, my family are my world, my life and my happiness, I love them so much, they have all been fantastic support, and given me that extra boost to follow my dreams.
What are my hobbies?
My hobbies in my spare time involve, socialising, spending quality time with family, motorbiking, taking short breaks away at the coast, and I also try and take part in charity work, mainly for the Kirkwood Hospice.
What made me want to become an EFT practitioner ?
Well back in 2003 I Studied a diploma course in Child and Adolescent Counselling, from then I started my next course in Grief and Bereavement counselling, once I had completed this I didn't know which step to take next, and in 2007 I came across Life Coaching and thought 'wow' this is me, this is what I need to do, so I signed up to a Advanced Life coaching Diploma course covering subjects such as Neuro Linguistic Programming, Relaxation Techniques and Hypnosis, and while doing alot of research for my next venture I came across EFT, I am a very curious person and I wanted to know what this was, so I requested information, bought books on EFT and decided that because it sounded so fascinating I booked myself in to give it a go and I went in for the level one training in February 2009, and what can I say but I loved every minute of the training, I learnt so much and I left the training feeling more confident and I knew straight away that this is what I had to do, I booked myself in for the next stage and continued from there, and here I am today.
Why did I choose the name Life Changes-UK and the butterfly logo?
Why did I choose the name Life Changes-UK, I chose this name mainly because it says it as it is, your life can change for the better and I am here to help you achieve this life Change.
My butterfly logo and theme is because a Butterfly is one of my favourites and this is because , a Butterfly starts from a cocoon into something Beautiful, just like we do, and every day grows more and more beautiful too.
My Inspiration
I would like to make a dedication to my Mum Pam Winfield who passed away back in June 2002, she is my inspiration and my best friend, she was a very strong brave Woman who lived her life as she wanted, she always followed her dreams and Goals and always achieved them, Unfortunately she was struck with Cervical Cancer but she fought on continuing her life to the max,she always looked after everyone, always a giver and never a taker , i loved her dearly and i miss her so much 'RIP Mum'
